Meridian. Mean reversion on US indices, flat before every close.

Meridian waits for the New York session to over-extend from its volume-weighted mean, enters against the stretch with a fixed stop, and takes profit at the mean. It carries nothing overnight.

Trades a behaviour, not a prediction

Index stretches away from value revert intraday more often than not. The advisor trades the revert with a fixed stop; it never argues with a trend.

Flat every night, every weekend

No overnight gaps, no weekend risk. Everything is closed before the cash close, by rule.

Sized to your allocation

The same capped-risk model as every MAX Algo advisor: risk per trade, a daily limit and a drawdown pause, enforced in the software.

Live results

The statement, not a backtest.

Every number here is computed from the broker statement of the account Meridian runs on. Drawdowns are shown as prominently as returns, because you will live through both.

How to read this

Win rate is deliberately unimpressive: the system loses small and often. Profit factor and drawdown tell you whether the winners pay for that, and how long you wait between equity highs.

Sample figures are placeholders; the section switches to the broker statement automatically on first import.

How it trades

One session, start to finish.

Fades intraday over-extension on US indices back toward the session mean. No entries inside news blackout windows; flat before the close.

14:30

Cash open

Opening range and volume-weighted mean are established; no entries in the first 15 minutes.

14:45–20:30

Stretch entries

Enters against a stretch beyond 1.5 standard deviations with a fixed stop; target is the mean.

News

Blackout

No entries around FOMC, CPI and NFP; open positions keep their stops.

20:45

Flatten

Any open position is closed before the cash close.

Risk controls

Limits the software enforces, not you.

Every limit below is checked inside the advisor on every tick. Your portal shows each pause and each halving as it happens.

Daily loss limit1.5%pauses entries for the day
Sizing halves at75%of the daily limit used

Risk on one trade (0.4% of allocation)$12

Sizing halves after$33.75 lost
Balance untouched by sizing$7,000

The advisor sizes against the allocation you licensed, never your full balance. Upgrade the allocation when you want more exposure.

Fit

Who it is for — and who it is not.

We would rather you skip this advisor than run it for the wrong reasons.

A good fit if
You want intraday only, no overnight exposure
Your broker offers US30 and NAS100 with tight spreads during New York
You can run a VPS through the US session
Not for you if
You want to hold winners for days
You trade a broker with wide index spreads
You need guaranteed monthly returns
What you need
MetaTrader 5 account at a supported broker (ECN/raw spread recommended)
A Windows VPS or a PC that stays on during the session
One URL allowed in MT5 → Options → Expert Advisors
Capital at or above the minimum, so positions size correctly
Pricing

Priced by allocation. Billed by duration.

Every plan runs the same Meridian. The difference is how much capital it is allowed to size against. Pay quarterly or annually and the discount is applied automatically.

Questions

Before you license Meridian.

If your question is not here, ask on WhatsApp — a person answers, usually within two hours.

01Why flat before the close?
Index gaps are the one risk a stop cannot control. Closing before the cash close removes it entirely, at the cost of some upside.
02Do you take my money or my login?
Never. You open the account at your broker and keep the login. The advisor runs inside your own MetaTrader 5 as software; we only see license checks.
03What happens on a bad day?
The daily-loss limit pauses new entries for the rest of the day, and sizing halves once most of the limit is used. Open positions keep their stops. You see every check and every pause in your portal.
04Can I run it on a prop-firm account?
Yes, as long as the firm allows EAs and the account meets the minimum. Turn off news-time trading if the firm requires it; the setting is exposed in the inputs.
05How do updates work?
New builds appear in your portal the day they are released. The advisor tells you on the chart when a newer version exists; old versions keep working until they are retired with notice.
06Can I stop and get a refund?
There is no refund once a license is active on an account, which is why we ask you to check eligibility and read the statement first. Licenses are duration-based; simply don't renew.

Country, capital, platform. If it doesn't fit, we say so and point you to the advisor that does — or to none.
